3 Indian Player get Injury before Test Series

Three Indian players have been injured and this is bad news. Yes, there are captain and vice-captain sir in this list of injuries. Apart from this, there is also Avesh Khan who has been hurt. The BCCI itself has given this information. Actually Kohli’s back is stiff and Rahane’s left leg hamstring is swollen. Due to this both these players could not play against County select XI before the Test series against England. The same Avesh Khan suffered a finger injury while playing against India for County Select XI, due to which he had to leave the field.

The BCCI has issued a fresh statement giving information about the injury of India’s captain i.e. Virat Kohli and vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane. It said that Virat Kohli felt a stiffness in his back late on Monday evening due to which he is on rest. He was advised by the BCCI medical team not to play in the three-day practice match. At the same time, Ajinkya Rahane had a slight swelling in the hamstring of his left leg, due to which he had to take an injection. He was also out of match practice because of this.

Keeping a watch on his condition, the BCCI is expected to make him fit for the first Test against England starting on August 4. By the way, speaking about the ongoing practice match between County Select XI and India, India had scored 306 runs in the first day’s match losing four wickets. KL Rahul scored 101 runs while Ravindra Jadeja scored 75 runs. Earlier, neither Rohit Sharma nor Mayank Agarwal walked, while Pujara contributed 21 runs. Let us tell you that the five-match Test series between India and England is starting from August 4. The first match will be played at Trent Bridge.
